JackKnife.io respects your privacy. When you create an account, we collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:

• Authentication data (Email address or social login identifiers provided via Privy).
• Public cryptographic wallet addresses generated for your account.
• On-chain transaction data (which is publicly visible on the Solana blockchain).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to securely authenticate your session, initialize your decentralized wallet, and process your platform interactions. We utilize local, client-side Machine Learning (Transformers.js) for algorithmic recommendations. **Your listening habits and biometric data are processed locally on your device and are never harvested, sold, or transmitted to our servers.**

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize the following third-party infrastructure providers:

• Privy: For secure authentication and embedded wallet generation.
• MoonPay/Stripe: For processing fiat-to-crypto transactions. These providers collect payment information according to their own privacy policies. JackKnife does not store your credit card details.

4. Blockchain Immutability

Please note that transactions made on the Solana blockchain (including stream payments and artist rights registrations) are immutable and public. While your email remains private, your public wallet address and its on-chain activity cannot be erased.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account authentication data as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion, which will remove your email from our database; however, your non-custodial wallet and its on-chain history will remain on the blockchain.
