For Labels
Catalog-scale rails · per-second money · zero lock-in
Your catalog is sitting on platforms that pay in fractions of a cent, train AI on your masters, and own your listener data. JackKnife is the inverse: every second streamed pays instantly in USDC, rights are certified on-chain, encryption gates every byte, and you can walk away with everything, any day. Non-exclusive. No minimums. Found money for catalog you already own.
Per-second revenue, not per-stream fractions
Every second streamed settles 23 µUSDC on Solana. Your catalog earns from the first second of every play — roughly 4× the effective per-listening-hour rate of a signed-artist major-DSP payout, with an artist/label share that ratchets from 75% to 90% as the platform grows. The ratchet is one-way and on-chain: it cannot be quietly renegotiated.
Rights stay yours — provably
ISRC-keyed rights certificates live on-chain. Audio is AES-encrypted end to end; decryption keys are served per paying session only. No unauthorized AI training on your masters — that is Article III of a constitution we publish and bind ourselves to.
Zero lock-in, total portability
No exclusivity, no term commitment, no delisting penalty. Leave whenever you want and take 100% of your data — plays, listeners, revenue history — with you. We are rails, not a landlord. (Article II: Data Dominion.)
Catalog-scale ingestion
Batch upload rails with automated HLS transcode, IPFS distribution, fingerprinting, and per-track collaborator splits (up to 12 parties, immutable once registered). Bring a spreadsheet and masters; we handle the rest.
Direct fan relationships
Fans connect to your artists directly — messaging, patronage pools, access passes. You see who your listeners are instead of renting anonymized dashboards.
A 1.5% booking desk, not a 15% agency
Our outreach desk negotiates venue and show deals on your artists’ behalf for a 1.5% platform fee. Artists always hold the final signature. Compare that to anyone else touching live revenue.

Bring one artist. Test everything.
Start with a single artist or a slice of catalog — watch the per-second money arrive, audit the on-chain split, read the constitution. Scale when the numbers convince you, leave if they don't.
